Luxe White Smiles – Terms of Service
Welcome to Luxe White Smiles. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or receiving a service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These policies ensure a smooth, fair, and exceptional experience for every client.
Appointment Booking & Client Agreement
By scheduling an appointment with Luxe White Smiles, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed in this Terms of Service. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Late Arrival Policy
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals after this period may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation, with a 50% charge applied. Please arrive early to enjoy your full treatment.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total.
This policy is enforced to ensure fairness to both clients and our technicians.
No Refund Policy (Services)
All service sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
Product Sales Are Final (No Returns or Refunds)
All product sales including whitening kits, gels, aftercare products, tooth-gem supplies, or any other retail items are final.
• Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
• Due to hygiene standards, safety regulations, and product integrity, we do not accept returns on any opened or unopened items.
By purchasing products from Luxe White Smiles, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Results Disclaimer
Whitening results vary based on natural enamel, lifestyle habits, and individual factors. Luxe White Smiles does not guarantee specific shade outcomes, though we strive to deliver optimal results.
Health & Eligibility
By receiving treatment, you confirm that:
• You are 18+ (minors require parental consent).
• You have no untreated dental issues that may interfere with whitening.
• You understand that Luxe White Smiles does not diagnose dental conditions and recommends consulting your dentist if unsure about eligibility.
Payment Authorization
By booking, you authorize Luxe White Smiles to charge your card for:
• Services rendered
• Late-cancellation fees
• No-show fees
• Remaining balances
All payments are processed securely.

Clients may be asked for permission to use before-and-after photos for marketing. Consent is voluntary and not required for service.

Luxe White Smiles reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
• Arrives excessively late
• Violates company policies

• Is not a suitable candidate for treatment for safety reasons
