Luxe White Smiles – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Luxe White Smiles! Please review the following Terms & Conditions before booking, purchasing a whitening package, or ordering any products. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a whitening package, or buying products from our website, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are applied toward your total balance, which must be paid in full at the time of your service.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Payment
• We accept all debit and credit cards as well as cash (exact amount only—no change available).
• No personal checks or payment plans are accepted unless financing is arranged in advance through third-party providers.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations are free if done at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy
• We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
5. Guests & Companions
• Clients are welcome to bring one friend or family member to their appointment.
• Please note that only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment area.
6. Touch-Ups & Maintenance
• We recommend scheduling touch-ups every 3 to 6 months to maintain your results.
• The frequency of touch-ups may vary depending on diet, lifestyle, and oral hygiene habits.
• Luxe White Smiles is not responsible for how long results last, as this depends on individual staining habits.
7. Refund Policy (Services & Products)
• All sales are final. Luxe White Smiles does not offer refunds on any services, deposits, or packages.
• All products purchased on our website are final sale and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to whitening kits, aftercare products, and accessories.
• If you experience an issue with your service, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
8. Results Disclaimer
• Whitening results vary from person to person based on factors such as enamel thickness, lifestyle habits, and genetics.
• Luxe White Smiles does not guarantee specific results in one session, as some clients may require multiple treatments for desired brightness.
9. Policy Updates & Changes
• Luxe White Smiles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms before booking.
Whitening Membership Packages – Terms & Conditions
Luxe White Smiles offers 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month Whitening Packages to help you maintain a bright, confident smile all year round. By purchasing any of our Whitening Membership Packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Package Options & Inclusions
3-Month Whitening Package
• One (1) initial 90-minute whitening session.
• One (1) 30-minute touch-up session per month for three (3) consecutive months.
• After the package ends, enjoy unlimited 30-minute touch-ups at just $49.99 per session—no long-term commitment required.
6-Month Whitening Package
• One (1) initial 90-minute whitening session.
• One (1) 30-minute touch-up session per month for six (6) consecutive months.
• After the package ends, enjoy unlimited 30-minute touch-ups at just $49.99 per session—no long-term commitment required.
12-Month Whitening Package
• One (1) initial 90-minute whitening session.
• One (1) 30-minute touch-up session per month for twelve (12) consecutive months.
• After the package ends, enjoy unlimited 30-minute touch-ups at just $49.99 per session—no long-term commitment required.
Scheduling & Attendance Policy
• Clients must schedule and attend one (1) 30-minute touch-up session every month during their active package period.
• Touch-up sessions do not roll over. Missed, skipped, or canceled sessions will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or transferred.
• Clients are responsible for booking their appointments in advance to ensure availability.
General Terms
• All Whitening Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Packages are valid only for the original purchaser and may not be shared or gifted.
• Each package begins on the date of the initial 90-minute whitening session and runs consecutively for the length of the chosen package (3, 6, or 12 months).
• All sessions must be completed within the designated time frame of your package. Unused sessions will expire at the end of your membership period.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
• Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are considered missed sessions and will be forfeited.
Post-Package Touch-Up Access
• After the package period ends, clients are eligible for unlimited 30-minute touch-up sessions at a discounted rate of $49.99 per visit, with no ongoing commitment.
Luxe White Smiles reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a Whitening Membership Package, or ordering products from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to Luxe White Smiles’ Terms & Conditions.

At Luxe White Smiles, we are committed to providing high-quality teeth whitening services, products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and products, we have established the following return and refund policy. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchases or booking a service.
1. Service Refunds
• Teeth Whitening Services: Once a service has been rendered, all sales are final. Due to the nature of teeth whitening treatments, results may vary from person to person based on factors such as oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle. As such, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, Please contact within 24 hours of your original service.
2. Product Returns & Refunds
• Unused Products: Luxe White Smiles does not accept returns for unused, unopened products.
• Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any opened or used products.
• Return Shipping: Customers may send products back at their own expense, but please note that no refunds will be issued for any returned items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luxe White Smiles is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
