2. Services Provided

Luxe White Smiles offers professional teeth whitening services. Results may vary depending on factors such as genetics, oral hygiene, and lifestyle habits. Luxe White Smiles does not guarantee specific results, as individual outcomes may differ.

3. Eligibility

To receive our services, clients must be 18 years or older, or have written consent from a parent or guardian if under 18. Clients with certain dental or medical conditions may be ineligible for services. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical and dental history prior to the appointment.

4. Appointment Policy

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. A confirmation email or text will be sent after booking.

• Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service price.

• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.

5. Payment

• Payment for services is due at the time of booking or on the day of the appointment.

• Luxe White Smiles accepts major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods available on our website.

6. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

• Due to the nature of teeth whitening services and products all sales are final.

• Luxe White Smiles offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 24 hours of your service.

• Refunds will be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of Luxe White Smiles management.

7. Health & Safety

•  Luxe White Smiles uses professional-grade products that are generally considered safe when used as directed. However, clients with known allergies, dental conditions, or health concerns should consult their dentist or physician prior to treatment.

•  Luxe White Smiles is not responsible for any adverse effects that occur due to undisclosed medical conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luxe White Smiles is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm. By using our services, you agree to release Luxe White Smiles from all liability arising from your treatment.
