Luxe White Smiles Academy – One-on-One Training Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Luxe White Smiles Academy training program and submitting any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Luxe White Smiles Academy, including deposits, installment payments, and payments made in full, are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, or failure to attend the scheduled training.

Reservation of Training Date

Your payment reserves a private one-on-one training date that is held exclusively for you. Because training dates are limited and we often turn away other students once a date is reserved, all payments are final.

Payments Apply Only Toward Training

Any payment made may only be applied toward your purchased training program. Payments cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for products or services, redeemed for cash, or refunded.

Rescheduling Policy

Students may request to reschedule their training with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval by Luxe White Smiles Academy. Failure to provide the required notice or failure to attend the scheduled training may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend their scheduled training without prior approval will be considered a no-show. All payments will be forfeited, and a new training purchase will be required to schedule another session.

Late Arrival

Students arriving more than 30 minutes late may be required to reschedule their training at the sole discretion of Luxe White Smiles Academy. Additional fees may apply.

Travel Expenses

Students are responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation, and related expenses. Luxe White Smiles Academy is not responsible for travel costs or losses due to cancellations, delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Right to Refuse or Remove

Luxe White Smiles Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment or remove any student whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unprofessional. Removal from training does not entitle the student to a refund.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, presentations, forms, documents, videos, photographs, marketing resources, and educational content are the exclusive property of Luxe White Smiles Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, taught, or resold without prior written consent.

No Guarantee of Results

Luxe White Smiles Academy provides education, hands-on training, and business guidance. Individual results vary based on each student’s effort, experience, marketing, business practices, and commitment. We do not guarantee income, clientele, business success, or financial results.

Agreement

By submitting payment for any Luxe White Smiles Academy training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable and that your payment secures a reserved training date and resources dedicated specifically to your enrollment.
